Dense - as usual

After much frustration trying to get my avatar to show up here and asking for help from our beleaguered CMLE, I downloaded the avatar to our computer and then added it like a photo. I still don't understand how to do it "correctly" but will move on anyway. Being dense only makes learning harder, not necessarily impossible!
